image (1) Being out of the water for the last 4 months has really taken its toll. My beer belly took advantage of the situation and my cardio wondered off somewhere. 3 surfs in and my arms have also ditched me. But eating right and training hard everything is falling back in place slowly. I'm sure there is something in the air that makes you fall asleep early and wake up early. Its perfect, some bread and fruit for breakfast then in the sea all day. Theres been a lot of wind since i have arrived but next week should be pumping so look out for some shots. Peaceeeeee
